For your safety and well-being, all first time participants must fill out a health intake form before their first class. Please email the instructor at least 48 hours in advance of your first class.
This class is currently offered in English only with no Spanish translation. This class will largely focus on the non movement oriented practices of yoga therapy, and therefore may be difficult to participate as these practices are audible and non visual.
CLASS DESCRIPTION:
A guided Yoga experience designed to honor the needs of each individual student exactly where they are in treatment, recovery and survivorship. In a safe and comfortable atmosphere, we will explore movement, breathing, meditation and mindful self-compassion practices as tools to access the innate healing capacity of our own bodies and make empowered choices in healing.
