Healing Together: Community Rest for Collective Wellbeing

Every Sunday evening, we gather together to rest and relax. The intention of this offering is to share accessible, mind body practices that support physical, mental and emotional health as we pause to experience the inner stillness essential in assisting the nervous system towards a state of deep rest.

Classes are free or by donation if you wish. Each month, 100% of your donations will support a different local non profit or business working to create access to health and healing services for the people in the Milwaukee community.
