Accessible Mind Body Practices for Stress Management & Well Being

Ascension Wisconsin Cancer Care invites patients, caregivers, and providers to join us for stress management and well being sessions this June! 

Mind body practices like mindfulness, meditation, relaxation and breathing are evidence-based tools that support us in learning skills for building resilience to stress while also experiencing joy in daily living. In this guided, 30-minute experience, participants will explore a variety of accessible practices to support physical, mental and emotional well being. 

Benefits may include: the ability to better self regulate stress and anxiety, manage depression, increase feelings of relaxation, improve sleep, reduce sense of isolation by promoting a deeper sense of connection with self and others, cope with and manage side effects of medical treatments, and improve overall feelings of well being.

Registration Information:

  • Register for sessions here.

  • A one time registration process is required before the start of your session. However, registration is required for each new session block (Tuesdays, Thursday mornings, Thursday evenings). Your contact information will only be used to notify you of any session changes or updates.

  • After you complete registration, you will be prompted to add session dates and times to your calendar for auto reminders. We will also send out a reminder to registered participants one day before the session.
